Corporate Social Responsibility refers to the initiative of the company Serene to fulfill its responsibility towards society and the environment. For sustainable growth and profitability, Serene is trying to focus on fulfilling its responsibility toward its people and society. As part of CSR, Serene wishes to initiate different actions such as waste management, pollution reduction, contributing resources for the educational program to its employee, health program, and so on. Serene philosophy of CSR states that we as an organization must do something extra beyond the routine activities that would support the development of society.
Serene believes in the well-being of society by offering financial support and managing various sustainable projects, targeting social and economic issues, leading public health awareness campaigns, and investing in health projects.
Recently Serene pharmaceutical worked on the project “Save Soil” as a Global Movement to invoke a conscious approach to soil and the planet. Initiated by Sadhguru ‘Save Soil Movement’ on 21st March
Environmental and social responsibility
We believe at Serene that we as people cannot continue to use and abuse our world without regard to its sustainability, so Serene created environmental and social responsibility towards society. Serene focuses on reducing negative environmental impacts through more efficient use of resources, reduced water consumption, lower waste disposal, prevention of pollution incidents, energy-saving lightbulbs, reducing water wastage, going ‘paperless whenever possible, and recycling all waste products. As a company, it becomes our prime duty to reduce or eliminate the negative impacts that companies can have on the environment.

Ethical and social responsibility
Serene ethical CSR is based on the strong relationship between rights and ethical responsibilities to attain legitimacy. Serene ethical responsibilities include setting a higher minimum wage, guaranteeing all materials, certificates, licenses, audits, and financial transactions are ethically sourced, executed, and achieved, and ensuring that all employees receive competitive pay and comprehensive benefits as well as treated with respect. The ethical responsibility of Serene is concerned with ensuring that an organization operates fairly and ethically and aims to achieve fair treatment of all Chemists, Doctors, including leadership, employees, suppliers, and customers.

Adapting diversity into corporate and social responsibility is a key to building brand recognition at Serene Pharma. It supports engagement with communities that a company wants to connect with. An effective CSR helps motivate and retain current employees and attract potential recruits by boosting the corporate image. To enhance the corporate beauty and build trust amongst employees and partners, serene Celebrates National and International Festivals and Holidays with the employees’ families. Also, serene has a policy in its CSR forum on several activities that contribute to a healthy and inclusive work environment.
